Here we have highlighted the organisations who may have access to your Data.
They will have access to your data for the purposes outlined and for those purposes only.
We employ an accountancy company who deal with our annual accounts. As part of this service they require access to our accountancy spreadsheet and so will have access to what invoices have been sent and received by CSI Training and Events Ltd.
The data they see will include the amount of the invoice, the creditor or debtors name, the date the invoice was created and the date in which it was paid. They do not receive any other personal data.
In the event that CSI Training and Events Ltd are investigated by HMRC, then our accountant will help to deal with the investigation. In this rare event, full invoices maybe looked at by the accountancy firm and as such more personal data would be seen.
The accountancy company will only have access to these details in these circumstances and they will not use this data for any other purpose.

CSI Training and Events Ltd use the Management System ‘Mailchimp’ to manage their mailing list and send information to subscribers, as such, personal data is stored on this system. Only employees of CSI Training and Events Ltd have access to logins for these accounts.

CSI Training and Events Ltd have worked with an App Developer, to build their app Crime Scene Assistant.
If you have agreed to test the app, your email details will be given to the app developer for the purpose of setting you up as a tester. As you test the app, any bugs or crashes found by your device, will be sent to the app developer, so that the issue can be dealt with.
The app developer will only have access to these details in these circumstances and they will not use this data for any other purpose.
CSI Training and Events Ltd use Google Firebase Database to store Authorsied End User (AEU) login credentials for the licenced app.
This allows AEU’s to access the contents of the app by logging in using their unique credentials. If the app has been licenced for a set term, it will log you out upon the termination date.
Only employees of CSI Training and Events Ltd and our app developer, have access to logins for this account.
Firebase employees may on occasion have access to our account, if we are experiencing technical difficulties and require assistance. Firebase employees will not use this data for any other purpose.
